As a channel for this pure life force, I direct the energy through the conscious laying on of hands or subtle work in your aura, exactly where it is most needed in your body, your mind and your soul. Your system instinctively absorbs as much energy as it requires to release blockages and restore energetic balance.

How I accompany you: the shape of a session
A Reiki Alignment with me takes place in an atmosphere of complete calm and presence. You can simply arrive, let go and receive.
- Opening conversation. We begin with a short exchange. There is room here for whatever is present for you right now, for your questions or your wishes, so that I can tune the energy work to you personally.
- Conscious accompaniment. During the session you rest comfortably on a treatment couch. I stay beside you with full presence, letting my perception guide me so that your process is supported as well as possible.
- Gentle touch. My hands rest quietly for a few minutes in different positions on your body, or work without direct contact in your aura. Important for your comfort: you stay fully clothed the whole time.
- I am your energy channel. I do not give my own energy. I serve simply as a channel for universal life energy, and your system instinctively takes the exact amount it needs to release blockages.
- Closing conversation and integration. After the session you have time to return calmly to the here and now. In a short closing conversation we share your impressions, to integrate the effect of the session gently.
