The SynLōkahi concept: connection in deep harmony
At the centre of SynLōkahi is the vision of a holistic alignment. Inspired by the pure energy of Hawaii and the flowing force of the ocean, I accompany you on the way to recovering your inner balance.
Lōkahi, the harmony between body, mind and surroundings, is the foundation of my work. Through energetic alignment and a conscious Reiki practice we create a space where blockages give way gently and your life energy can circulate freely again. It is an invitation to connect with your essence and to step firmly into your full power.
Process and preparation
- Come in comfortable clothes that allow you complete freedom of movement.
- Drink enough water before the session to support your energy flow.
- Plan a little time after the treatment for rest and integration.
- Avoid heavy meals directly before our appointment.
- Keep an open attitude and allow yourself simply to be in the present moment.
