About me
Sophie Wolf
Sophie Wolf is a human energetics practitioner, a certified Reiki therapist and a guide whose work rests on an earth-connected worldview and an integrative approach. She combines medical and analytical precision with a deep holistic understanding and the wisdom of energetic traditions. Sophie supports people in reclaiming their sovereignty, their coherence and a conscious creative power during times of upheaval, the “changing seasons” of life.
Sophie completed her degree in radiologic technology (Bachelor of Science) in Vienna and gained valuable experience in the clinical field. That scientific base gives her a deep understanding of the physical processes of the human body and forms the bridge between technical diagnostics and energetic accompaniment.
Her Reiki training began in 2013. Today she is a qualified Reiki therapist under the guidelines of the Austrian professional association (ÖBRV). She completed her diploma at the Shambhala Centre for Holistic Health Education, which involved more than 360 hours of intensive study and practice.
A central pillar of her work today is the Hawaiian Huna philosophy. Sophie is currently in advanced training as an Alaka’i, a guide, within the Kahili tradition. As a future Alaka’i she sees herself as someone who helps people activate their own creative power through awareness training and energetic alignment.
Her specialist training with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies complements her expertise and feeds into her understanding of energetic clearing. That background allows her to hold a particularly safe and steady space for her clients, even through deep phases of change.
She accompanies clients in her practice rooms in Barcelona and Vienna, and worldwide through Distance Reiki, with the aim of bringing the person back into flow as a whole being of body, mind and spirit.
