Services
Individual energetic sessions are offered in person in Barcelona and Vienna, and online. Scope and duration are stated on each method page.
Appointments
Appointments are arranged by email and are confirmed once they are confirmed in writing.
Cancellation and changes
An appointment can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts.
If the change comes later than that, please let me know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Prices and payment
Current prices are communicated before booking. No deposit is required at present.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of entering into it, without giving any reason.
A clear statement sent to synlokahi@gmail.com is enough.
If you expressly ask for the session to take place within those 14 days, the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. If it had only been partly performed when you withdraw, the proportionate amount is payable.
Liability
Energetic support serves to activate the self-healing forces and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Applicable law
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
